Very large ‘Daubière’ (stewpot) with its original copper lid and wrought iron handles. French work, circa 1870, great copper thickness. Special note: High-quality dovetail mounting. . The lid and container are tin-lined inside, but a new tin-lining will be required for a cooking use. Decorative piece, carefully cleaned. The rust on the handles have been stabilized.
