Bill Keating (American, born 1932). Monumental larger than life sized Modernist high polished aluminum art sculpture. Modeled in an organic conceptual figurative form with human and machine elements, as if a person was turning into a Mid Century Modern airplane and preparing to take flight. Mounted on a teardrop form polished aluminum base. Etch hand signed BILL KEATING 1977 on base. Good overall condition with normal wear. Having one loose weld point as shown in the last photo.
