Not only does the pre-Code horror series feature Simon and Kirby covers and art, this was Joe Simon's personal bound volume! The volume is signed "Property of Joe Simon" on the front cover interior and has blank covers and an embossed spine. The pages range from cream to tan and have slight chipping and splitting to exteriors and spines. Issue #6 has a back cover ad filled out in pencil by a young "Lorl Simon" and the volume's final blank pages and back cover interior have drawings/scribbles in pencil.
