Blue Transferware 'Oriental' Part Service, Ridgway
An English Staffordshire blue transfer decorated part dinner service in the "Oriental" pattern, Ridgway, 19th century, printed factory marks "Oriental / WR / England", with additional impressed marks, together with others; (Belzoni, Tippecanoe J. Wedgwood, Columbia). Comprising a coffeepot, teapot, covered sugar, cream, open sugar, three sauce boats, three covered tureens, two footed vegetable dishes, four rectangular vegetable dishes, four serving bowls, three underplates, covered butter with later insert. (approximately 25 pieces)

Condition Report: Typical marks, wear and rubbing to decoration. Crazing and minor hairlines and discoloration throughout. With abrasions, roughness and small rim and foot chips / flea bites throughout. The teapot with a large glued hairline. The coffee pot with a glued/repaired hairline. One sauce boat with a re-stuck repair to foot. A serving bowl with hairlines. One footed vegetable dish with old stapled repairs. Small covered tureen with hairlines.
