Condition Report:
Good condition overall, but as visible in the catalogue illustrations, there is a crack that runs spiral-like around the circumference of the bowl in the lower third; would benefit from stabilization. Minor nicks, chips, scratches, and abrasions. Some losses to the inner surface of the coconut shell from which the bowl is carved. Some scattered chips and losses to the carved motifs, some minor scratches in places. Rich, nut-brown patina.
