Calibre: manual winding
Case: stainless steel, screw-down case back, multiple engravings
Case number: 8082

The French Ministry of Defense used the project code Type XX when designing a watch with military specifications. It was around the mid 1950’s that the French Ministry presented these specifications to various watch manufactures. Perhaps one of these most important features was the watch had to be fitted with a fly back chronograph.

The case back of the present watch is engraved with Breguet, Type 20, 5101/54 and then further engraved with FG which stands for “Fin de Garantie”: end of guarantee in French and a date.
