Description: Bronze statuette of Osiris, mummy-like figure wearing an atef crown and uraeus. A ceremonial beard is attached under the chin. The god holds a crook and flail. Hieroglyphs on three sides of the slightly trapezoidal, moulded base, H 22,8cm (without wooden stand). Third Intermediate Period - Late Period, ca. 1070 - 664 BC. Greenbrown patina, tips of the feathers and the horns of the crown broken. Very fine condition!
