Springfield M-1 Garand U.S. service rifle made at Springfield Armory in March of 1944. "SA" marked barrel dated "5-44" with correct front sight and lock bar rear sight. "WRA" marked cut op-rod. Trigger group is all "SA" marked parts. "San Antonio Arsenal" rebuild stamps on left side of walnut stock with "P" in square rebuild marks on pistol grip. Comes with cleaning kit and green woven sling. CONDITION: 90% remaining arsenal finish on metal with 70% remaining arsenal finish on wood with sharp cartouches.
