A George III style mahogany cabinet on chest

CONDITION REPORT :
Good overall condition despite the inevitable shocks and marks in accordance with age and use. The veneer is slightly sun-faded. Some shrinkage cracks to the veneer on the two sides as well as to the front of the cabinet. Some traces of gouging, notably to the left hand side of the cabinet. Few tiny accidents and losses to the veneer (to the right hand side door and to the far upper frieze decorating the cabinet top - right hand side). Elegant model. Some traces of restorations to the veneer in places, such as to the plinth or to the lower drawer. One tiny split to the veneer to the cabinet's front (upper left hand side corner). One tiny accident to the moulding decorating the external area of the upper right hand side drawer (the moulding is loosed and detached and could benefit from strenghthening).
