Made of 18 karat (stamped) yellow gold and lion's eyes are accented with cabochon emeralds.
The pendant measures 1.5 inches (3.3 centimeters) in diameter and weighs 30.5 grams.
The pendant is stamped with Cartier maker's mark, a serial number and hallmarks for 18 karat gold.
The pendant comes with a Cartier diamond and 2-tone gold chain.
The chain is made of 18 karat yellow and white gold. White gold links are set on both sides with round brilliant cut diamonds (F-G color, VS clarity, total weight approximately 1.20 carats).
The chain measures 28 x 1/8 inches (70 x 0.3 centimeters) and weighs 29.6 grams.
