CASED PAIR 1840'S DERRINGERS WITH DRESS KNIFE
Housed in a vintage wood case that has been re purposed with French fitted base to hold a matching set of period unmarked derringer pistols and a silver hilted dress bowie. Both derringers have walnut stocks with checkered grips, pewter nose cap, German silver engraved trigger guards, lightly engraved locks & hammer, inset German silver front sights and one with newer wood ramrod. Bore diameter is .45 and both are percussion. The bowie knife is marked G. Beardshaw cast steel. Handle appears to be genuine Emory. Guard & Pommel are silver. Blade measures 7" and overall is 12.5". All metal on pistols is soft patina but very clean and stocks are excellent. Really sharp set. A
