New York', the tureen decorated with personages at leisure enclosed within shaped borders of scrolling gilt similar to the Rockefeller pattern, the gilt band punctuated with alternating puce and black landscapes, the bowl with gilt-highlighted Buddhistic lions and cover with a blue male Buddhistic lion on its back and holding a pierced ball, w: 9 in. (over handles); the smaller example with higher foot, gilt archaistic qilong handles to sides and pomegranate bough finial, w: 7 in. (over handles); the soup plate with children and adults by tables within a gilt scroll-decorated band with spaced flowers and further scalloped rim, dia: 9 in. (4)
