This is a stunning example of the elegance and sophistication of original art deco and in excellent condition. The vegetable server measures roughly 38 cm. to the tips of the handles, the interior has a diameter of 21 cm., it stands approximately 14 cm. high to the top of the lid and weights an 1.333 kilograms. Each piece bears the French government's Head of the Minerva-1 hallmark certifying a minimum of 950 sterling silver and the Christofle sterling silver hallmark. This is truly a magnificent piece and both the bowl and the lid are excellent condition. The pieces comes with its own anti-tarnish wrap for easy storage. This is a rare find.
