[COUNTERINTELLIGENCE CORPS]: An original contemporary printed Suspects Wanted poster issued by the CIC, one page, folio (8 x 13), n.p., n.d. (c.1945-46). The poster is marked Secret at the head, with the instruction that it is for the use of CIC personnel only, stating that 'The following individuals are known or suspected German agents. If persons of the following descriptions come to notice they should be arrested and sent by CIC WITHOUT DELAY to the Master Interrogation Center where adequate resources for detailed interrogation are available'. Beneath this appear images of twelve individuals, many of them Belgian nationals, each identified by name and with brief reasons for their desired capture, including Luigi Aiassa ('Member of Gestapo. Associate of Josef Schroell'), Emile Kirchen ('Denouncer and Informer for Germans. Worked at Radio Luxembourg'), Jean Kuffer ('Possesses false French passport and also German identity papers'), Josef Schroell ('SD agent and recruiter of low-grade line-crossers in the Trier area'), Marie Schroell ('Mother of Josef Schroell .Probable agent'), Ernst Osterspey ('German national and enemy agent.
