Cadillac - 75 Sedan - 1973

[ translate ]

LHD. One of only 1,017 1973 Cadillac Fleetwood 75 Sedans built so rare car. Original cost in 1973 without extras $11,948 so an expensive vehicle. The 250 inch long wheelbase sedans and limousines were put together by Cadillac’s best craftsmen in a separate part of the factory so quality is good. Despite its size it is a pleasant and easy car to drive and the body surprisingly taut. Cotillion White (Code 11) with original blue Magi Matelasse cloth and leather bolster interior (Code 726) . White vinyl roof (Code J) . Mileage shows 90,997 - believed genuine but not certified. Car bought from Baytown Texas but not sure of its earlier history although sold to me as a Texas car. Original car and sold to me as having original paint - but I doubt it as paintwork poor on bonnet and boot lid and roof rail at the front and damage to chrome on front bumper. Condition underneath very good. Corner lights missing in three pictures back on car. Top of rear ashtray missing. Driver’s seat cushion needs reupholstering as two splits as shown in photographs and front seat backrests have been replaced. Split to dashboard caused by Texas sun. Copy invoices for work carried out by me and parts purchased available totalling £3,413. 64. Acquired in 2010. All UK import duties and VAT paid. Car registered on NOVA system. Car only driven by me about 65 miles so CAR SOLD AS SEEN. GENERAL DISCLAIMER I have given as accurate a description of the car as possible. However, please note that the car is 51 years old, is to a large extent original and has been used. Accordingly, it has flaws as you would expect of a car of this age. The car is sold as is, subject to all defects currently existing, and is available to be inspected by prior appointment. No warranty is given as to any element of the physical condition of the car. Condition report attached. Should a Buyer require assistance to export the car from the United Kingdom, I will do what I can to assist. It is advisable to view the vehicle before bidding to avoid disappointment afterwards. For a viewing appointment please contact Catawiki.
