Cambodian Vishnu Statuette

19th-20th century AD. A bronze statue of Vishnu standing wearing a sampong, symbols in his four hands, columnar headdress; mounted on a custom-made stand. 3 kg total, 45cm including stand (17 3/4"). Property of an East Sussex gentleman; from his private collection formed between 1983 and 1990; formerly in a South East London collection formed in the 1970s.
