Cornwall) mounted as worn, the Great War awards worn, therefore fine, the rest better (9) £140-£180---Ernest George Holcombe was born in South Molton, Devon, on 3 December 1895, and joined the Royal Navy as a Boy 2nd Class on 31 July 1911. He served during the Great War as an Able Seaman in H.M.S. Diligence, and was advanced Leading Seaman on 4 September 1926.
