Die Reisebeschreibung umfaßt Konstantinopel Ägypten Sinai Persien Bombay Kurdistan etc. Seine Ortsbestimmungen und kartographische Erfassung Südwestarabiens sind von besonderer Bedeutung. - 1 Tafel mit minimalen Einriss. - Schöne saubere Ausgabe innen nur seltener minimal fleckig.

Cont. calf (slightly rubbed and chafed.) - Niebuhr participated as an astronomer and naturalist in the expedition undertaken on behalf of the Danish king from which he returned as the sole survivor. The travelogue covers Constantinople Egypt Sinai Persia Bombay Kurdistan etc. Its location and cartographic coverage of southwestern Arabia are of particular importance. - 1 board with minimal tear. - Nice clean copy inside rarely spotty.
