Carved Decorative Steatite on wood base - 330×160×160 mm - 2080 g

This stone sculpture is inspired by Archimede polyhedric forms, about 2300 years ago. An abstract figure represented by a solid cube with spines placed inside another larger hollow cube. For its realization it was necessary to use a large Steatite block, a mineral resembling Jade, although with a more dusty appearance. It is also known as soapstone, due to the presence of talc.
