Casket - Louis XIV - Iron (wrought), Walnut - Early 18th century

Louis XIV vintage chest. Made of walnut wood and wrought iron. This is a large chest, still with its key, lock and the velvet (velour) was replaced some time ago, so inside it is in perfect condition, lined in crimson velvet. On each corner you can see wrought iron corner pieces, in very good condition, just like the hinges and the handle. It should only be noted that the lid is a little domed, but this does not detract from the beauty of the piece. An authentic piece of history. The pictures are part of the description.
