The certificate states that capital of 32,500,000 was to be divided into 32,500 preferred shares and 32,500 ordinary shares. With 13 retained tickets, dated 1900 to 1912. The document has flattened folds and uneven edges. Light toning and soiling throughout. Very good overall.
