According to the expertise: This small "occasional table" is an English piece of furniture, created in the 1st half of the 19th century in the Chippendale style. The wood used is mahogany. The round plate of 57 cm in diameter is supported by a twisted centre column, which extends into 3 curly feet. The plate is foldable. The piece came from Kent (South England) to Cologne in 1977 and was acquired there in October 1977. Since then, no change of ownership. Undamaged.
