Chandelier - Louis XV Style - Bronze (gilt), Crystal - Late 19th century
Very nice Louis xv style piece, late 19th century. Lustre cage with a four-part upward 'cage' structure occupied with crystal roses within a harmonic distribution. 8 light arms provided for use of candles as it was originally used. The bronze structure carries 4 crystal towers; Poignards. and is finished with the obligate crystal ball at the bottom. All crystal parts are complete and in harmony. This chandelier has been completely restored and equipped with renewed electricity: E14 fittings (LED use is not a problem) distributed over the structure to light up the entire volume and there is possibility to use the candles. Deliveries and fitting across Europe can be provided in consultation with the customer. The chandelier will be shipped in a wooden box.
