Condition Report: Leather surfaces show minor soiling to seating area. Left armrest bears a small closed tear near center, with right armrest exhibiting an older drip mark. Wood surfaces have faded slightly with age, showing few thin scratches and minor surface wear associated with use over time. Overall very good vintage condition.
