Literature: Eames Design: The Work of the Office of Charles and Ray Eames, Neuhart, Neuhart and Eames, ppg. 74-75 The Herman Miller Collection, manufacturer's catalog, 1948, pg. 63 Dimensions: Condition Report: Set is missing a total of four feet, with other gliders having been replaced or glued in place as needed. Some shock mounts have also been updated over time, with most having been re-adhered with various adhesives. Seating areas have been refinished while preserving older wear associated with use. Few small losses to veneer scattered throughout set. Overall each chair is structurally sound in use with set showing in fair to good vintage condition.
