Tasting note: Chateau bottled. An expressive and quite intense chocolatey nose. After time in the glass, more aromas appear in the form of violets, sweet dried blueberries and cedarwood. Soft texture with rich mouth feel, a classic attractive Lynch-Bages in full maturity. You can taste the signature character of this rightfully renowned Chateau. Fine taste with nice chocolate note on the finish. The perfect cellar conditions have provided for this wine to have aged so gracefully. Such a joy to drink over a fine dinner. August 2019. EV.
