Glorious floral and orange zests nose - like the crystallised oranges that Cretans make so wonderfully. So incredibly rich and unctuous - even oily in a tremendous way. Finish of candied apricots. This wine has everything - even the empty glass has a great bouquet, indicating a fabulous future. Serve with scallops marinated in lime juice and walnut oil!
