Kirkwood, March 15 1882” (Secretary of Interior); "Robert T. Lincoln Mch 13, 1882" (Secretary of War); "Benjamin Harris Brewster Atty; Genl. 15 March 82" (Attorney General); “Tim'y O. Howe, March 16, 1882” (Postmaster General); “Fred'k T. Frelinghuysen Secy of State”; "Chas. J. Folger Sec'y Treas'y Mch 16, 1884”; and "William H. Hunt, Sec'y of the Navy.” In overall very good to fine condition, with some soiling to the Arthur page, and light edge toning to all of the pages.
