Chinese Celadon Table Screen, Zhang Ruyi Mark
A Chinese celadon table screen dating to the early Ming dynasty. The table screen features a poem with Zhang Ruyi mark and seal. Depicted are two dragons surrounding a poem and three quatrefoil cutouts at top. The back shows two tubes.
Dimensions are: 5 1/2 in. tall X 6 in. wide; 14 cm tall X 15.2 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: Overall good condition. Minor crazing to glaze and minor firing defects.
Provenance: From a Portland, Oregon estate.
