Chinese Cloisonne Coffee Table

DESCRIPTION: Black coffee table with three cloisonne medallion designs on its top. Left and right medallions are identical and feature a floral ring motif against a light blue background; middle medallion features nine blossoms over foliage against a light blue background. Cloisonne designs are framed by a gilded border and surrounded by gilded floral motifs and smaller medallions. Sides of tabletop feature a carved barbell design bordered by gilding and flanked by gilded curvilinear and mesh designs. Lower sides and legs of table are black lacquered with a gilded edge and feature a red floral design with a gilded border; feet are ornately gilded over the lacquer.
