Chinese eggshell porcelain bowl, 20th century Chinese Republic Period, the exterior heavily decorated with a flock of birds, including roosters, swallows, turkeys, pheasants, ducks, and peacocks, among a lush garden and pond setting with peonies and blossoming trees and bushes, all between decorative borders of ruyi heads and waves to the mouth rim and foot, the interior with five butterflies on the well encircling a five-clawed dragon at the center, the underside with an apocryphal Qianlong mark in blue enamel, with stand. Bowl: 3.5" H x 8.75" diameter; overall with stand: 5.75" H.
