Chinese Jadeite Statue of a Lady, 19th Century

A Chinese jadeite statue of a woman holding a flower dating from the 19th century. It comes with a wooden stand.

Dimensions are: 7 inches tall X 3 inches wide, 17.8 cm X 7.6 cm. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: The bottom of the statue has been screwed and was attached to the stand at some point. The rest of the carving is in overall good condition. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is. Provenance: From the private, premier collection of a gentleman in Cleveland, Ohio. The items in the collection were acquired starting in the 1970s from auction houses including Christie's, Sotheby's, and Bonhams, as well as from various private collections in the United States.
