Chinese Silver Enamel Statue of Guangong, Mid-20th

A Chinese silver enameled statue of the warrior Guangong dating from the mid-20th century. The statue is attached to a wooden stand with silver inlay. Guangong holds a tall dao with a sword hanging from the back of his belt. His robe is decorated with a dragon and flowers over a wave and rock motif. There is glass inlay throughout.

Dimensions are: together with the stand and dao, it measures 16 3/4 inches tall X 6 1/4 inches wide, 42.5 cm X 15.9 cm. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: There is tarnishing, loss to the surface, and general wear throughout. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
