Chinese White Jade Carved Pendant, 18th Century
A Chinese white jade pendant carved with an illusionistic column wrapped in fabric and dating from the 18th century.
Dimensions are: 3 1/8 inches tall X 1 inches wide, 7.9 cm tall X 2.5 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: Age appropriate wear.
Provenance: From the estate of Chen Bai Cun. Chen Baicun (1894-1967), graduated from Baoding Military Academy and rose to prominence as the Lieutenant General of the National Revolutionary Army and the former Chief of Staff of Chen Cheng.
