Chinese Yellow-Ground Sancai Vase, 19th Century
A Chinese yellow-ground sancai meiping vase dating from the 19th century. The vase features low relief decoration of 2 figures among pine trees. There is a ruyi-lobed border with white flowers and a fan border at the top.
Dimensions are: 12 inches tall X 6 1/2 inches wide, 30.5 cm tall X 16.5 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: It is in good condition.
Provenance: From Mr. Kung in Vancouver, Canada, inherited from his father, who acquired this item in Hong Kong and had it shipped to Canada before the 1970s. Lots 194-198 from our auction on Sept 6th, 2019 were from the same estate.
