Chinese export rose porcelain set, 19th c.
A collection of Chinese Canton export porcelain, 19th century. 16 pieces total. Including a rose canton cup 2" x 4 3/8", two small rose canton saucers 5 1/4" dia, ten small rose medallion plates 7 7/8" dia, one large rose mandarin plate 10 3/4" x 2", one small rose canton 7 3/8" x 9" and one large rose canton oval plate 11 1/4" x 14".
Condition: Chips to edge of the cup and plates. Glaze pops to the bottom of plates, as well as kiln burn. Provenance: From the collection of Nicholas R. Burke, Washington D.C.
