Condition Report: generally good condition, pest damage with associated losses and some patches and repairs to knuckles of gates, some minor warping to gate rails, typical bumps and wear to legs with one chip at foot, one leg joint set with two later iron braces, another leg with crack at top, some finish distress and varnish bloom to top, minor edge chips to top
