Condition Report:
In overall very fine condition. Secondary woods are yellow pine and oak. Small break to the outside bottom half inch portion of one of the foot facings. The opposite side foot facing with a repaired crack. A 4-inch narrow chip to the inside of both the swing legs that comes in contact with the outer edge of the table. Patches along the rule joint on both the leaf and center part of the table. With one side with an old chip and splintering. Both of the leaves with some warping. Some abrasions and staining commensurate with age and use.
