Elephant by Chris van der Hoef for Hille

This elephant was designed around 1920 by the Dutch designer Chris van der Hoef. It was reproduced in 1951 by Plateelbakkerij Zuid-Holland as a corporate gift for the Hille company, just like this specimen.
