Another stunning set from the House of Christofle in excellent condition and of
very high quality. The magnificent storage chest is not the original storage
chest custom made for the set as some of the serving pieces don't fit. But the
chest holds the set quite comfortably. Each piece bears the Christofle sterling
silver Hallmark (Cardeilhac hallmark) in addition to the French Government's
Head of the Minerva - 1 Hallmark, certifying a minimum of 950 sterling
silver. This set is of exceptional quality and craftsmanship and there are no
monograms on any of the pieces nor evidence that a monogram has been removed.
