British Post Office: 1897 (29 Jan.) piece from a registered envelope bearing 16ca. and 24ca. cancelled by the Chungking boxed datestamp with pair of Hong Kong 30c. yellow-green, just overlapping and tied by Shanghai (19.2) c.d.s.; there is part of an orange crayon mark through the two Chungking stamps and a vertical fold which affects two stamps. This represents very late use of these Treaty Port stamps as well as being an extremely high franking
