Circa 1940 and Later Wedding Dresses, comprising a cream brocade dress with a train, multi buttons to the reverse, gathered detail to the front bodice; another with long sleeves and smocked cuffs and detail running vertically down the bodice, a slight train; A Dancing Mode Original Design long sleeved dress with sweet heart neckline, cream floral flocked design with train, multi buttons to the reverse; another in white with long sleeves, collar and multi buttons to the front, pleated detail with train; cream silk brocade sleeveless dress with pleated shoulder straps (5)
Condition Report:
. Cream brocade dress - the buttons are all stained and some other small marks, and wear overall. Smocked dress - Slight wear over. Dancing Mood dress - the buttons are all missing, slight marks under the arms and slight wear over all. White dress - some staining around the buttons and a couple of small marks to the bodice, otherwise slight wear overall. Cream silk brocade dress - alterations and fraying to the top of the bodice, some discolouration to the back of the skirt.
