Circle of Adrian Ziegler, Swiss 1620-1693- An altar plaque with two portraits of a male and female donor, both kneeling, wearing black cloaks with white ruffs, flanking a central tablet and an inscription in German, which, translated into English roughly reads: 'This altar was erected in the honour of Saint Leonardo and Saint Augustino, Judge Ulrich Schuler (who worked in Bavaria and Friedberg), and his wife Margareta, in the year 1649. oil on panel, 21.2 x 67.5 cm.
