Clara Sulzer was a pupil of the painter Tina Blau, among others. Later she ran a painting school in Vienna herself. One of the few female members of the "Kunstgemeinschaft" Vienna, which was dissolved in 1938. Emigration to London in 1938, together with her husband Hugo Breuer, where Sulzer was engaged at the Austrian Centre in London. Condition: II
