Ernst & Ernst, as "a creditor of Carole Lombard, etc., deceased…presents its claim against the estate of said deceased, with the necessary vouchers, to Clark Gable as Executor of said estate," in the amount of $70 for accounting services rendered. Gable approves the claim, signing on a reverse docketing panel. In fine condition. Gable and Lombard were married for three years until her untimely death in a plane crash, a loss from which Gable never truly recovered. A rare and highly desirable document. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
