The set is remarkably beautiful and arrives inside a decorative box made of walnut wood. On the front of each ingot appearst he portrait of one ruler and a famous event from the age of his rule. On its reverse appear the ruler's name, the event and the year.

The set was issued starting from 1973 (one unit each time) by John Finch in England (the company was owned at the time by the Franklin Mint). The set was published in limited quantity - only those attending the formal issuing event in London in 1973 were allowed to purchase a subscription to purchasing the entire set and recieve the display chest. The ingot are marked with London's Silver Hallmarks and are made of 925 Sterling Silver in PROOF quality.

Ingot size: 6X22X44 cm.

Each ingot, according to the maker, contains 1000 grains, equating approximately 64.8 grams. Total weight for the set: 3,240 grams.
