Continental parquetry inlaid armoire in the Neoclassical taste, late 19th or early 20th century, executed in walnut with mahogany inlay, the stepped form having a reeded ribbon wrapped cornice above three doors, the center hung with an arched mirror and gilt bronze laurel spray mounts, flanked by paneled doors having chevron inlay and gilt bronze rosettes, all opening to shelves and drawers, framed with fluted and reeded corner columns topped with gilt bronze Corinthian capitals, the sides having conforming chevron inlay and the whole rising on fluted tapering toupie feet, 86"h x 75"w x 20"d.
