Corrente Vincenzo - Candleholder - Ceramic
This is an early, large, heavy and imposing pierced candleholder by Vincenzo Corrente ( 1887 - 1967) Fantechi Florence. The glaze has flaked off in numerous areas across the vase which is common for this age of pottery however given that it is quite likely in the region of a century old it’s remarkably unscathed. The dint at the rim is to allow wax to escape not a broken area. Please examine the images carefully as each side has been displayed. Do not purchase unless you fully accept that you are purchasing a beautiful antique item that will not be perfect. Genuinely beautiful piece.
