Custom Hand Carved Reindeer

This custom carved reindeer is in good used condition. The reindeer has chips out of the back hooves as well as an ornament missing off the back (see photos). Reindeer has some patina from age. This piece was originally carved in 1991 by Kristi from Kristina's Custom Carving in Kentucky where the owner had it custom made. Made with real antlers. The original pole for the reindeer was replaced in the year 2000. The reindeer stands on a wooden sled base which has the Paris sled manufacturing company logo on the front. On the bottom of the reindeer is the artist information and possible serial number FS.151 (see photos). It appears to have been created in a style similar to the early 1900s Dentzel carousel deer. The carousel weighs 200+ lbs and measures 5.25 feet height and the base measures 5.75 feet long.
