Daimler - Double Six LWB V12 6.0 (X305) - 1995

[ translate ]

Daimler Double Six LWB V12 6. 0 (X305) from 1995 in very good condition.

HISTORY
Delivered in 1995 in Malaga (Spain) with the registration MA 8123 BU, and was re-registered in 2009 due to a change of province. The car, as its history reflects, has had 2 owners, the first in Malaga and the second in Madrid.
Both the first and second owners kept the car in the official C. de Salamanca service in Malaga and Madrid. The car has maintenance sealed up to 96,000 km in 2016 with 106,000 km. Invoices for repairs worth €14,000 have been found. Since then the car has been used occasionally as it belongs to a large collection.

This Daimler Double Six LWB “long wheelbase” unit is finished in "Cabernet Red Metallic". The interior is in beige Connolly leather combined with wood inserts on the dashboard and center console.

BODYWORK
The paint is in good condition, original color, has been checked and maintains much of its original paint except the front bonnet, rear bonnet and roof. This indicates that it has been a car that has had no dents and has always been well preserved. We can see some normal paint defects due to use, it is recommended to see the photographs.

INSIDE
Inside, the carpet, seats and door panels are in good condition, with no marks or signs of wear on any of the elements. It would be advisable to treat the seats to preserve them for longer and make them look like the first day. The dashboard also looks in good condition, as does the steering wheel and controls.

MECHANICS
Mechanically, the car appears completely original. The engine works correctly, a 300 km road test has been carried out to check all the systems and no faults have been found. The gearbox works correctly, although automatic transmissions of this generation require maintenance not so much for use but for time.

The suspension and tires show that since it is a car that has not been used excessively, they should be changed, although this does not prevent their use. The most notable thing would be the vibration due to the tires on the road, just like a parallel car.

It has obtained the last valid MOT technical inspection this past September 2023 without defects, except for the lack of a grill that has already been assembled, as seen in the photos.

A video of the car in operation is available, if you want to see it, ask Catawiki.
